Sewer Line Replacement
When It's Truly Necessary

When replacement is the only viable option, we use modern methods to minimize disruption, cost, and time. But we always verify it's truly necessary first.

Our Promise

We will never recommend sewer line replacement unless it is the only viable long-term solution. We always attempt to save the line first through inspection, hydro jetting, or repair.

When Replacement Is the Right Answer

Some sewer lines are beyond saving. Severely deteriorated cast iron pipes, completely collapsed sections, or pipes with extensive root damage throughout their entire length may require replacement. When that's the case, we'll show you the camera footage and explain clearly why replacement is necessary.

Conditions That May Require Replacement

Severely deteriorated or corroded pipe throughout
Multiple collapse points along the line
Extensive root damage with no intact pipe sections
Bellied pipe causing standing water and recurring backups
Pipe material failure (old clay, Orangeburg pipe)

Our Replacement Methods

Traditional Open-Cut Replacement

Excavation and direct pipe replacement. Used when trenchless methods aren't feasible.

Trenchless Pipe Bursting

A new pipe is pulled through the old one, bursting it outward. Minimal digging required.

Trenchless Pipe Lining

A new pipe liner is installed inside the existing pipe, creating a new pipe without excavation.
